1. You cannot designate the departure/arrival time, nor the train seat.
2. Please note that your Shinkansen tickets will not be reissued or replaced if you lose them after receipt. In those circumstances, you will have to purchase normal tickets at your own expense.
3. Transportation fees covered by the tour include the one-way or round trip fare on the designated train. All other fees will be personally borne.
4. This tour is offered for travellers from overseas only.
5. For the purpose of sending tickets, please make your reservations no later than noon two days before the desired departure date.
6. If you need to make any changes after making reservations, please call no later than eight business days before your departure date.
7. If you decide to cancel the tour after receiving your tickets, please send the tickets back to Sunrise Center.
